At Del Cielo Brewing Co., we believe great beer brings people together. Our taprooms, events, and online spaces are built around community, culture, creativity, and respect. We’re committed to creating an environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and included.

By visiting our taprooms, attending our events, participating in our memberships, or engaging with us online, you agree to the following expectations:

CREATING A SAFE SPACE

Del Cielo Brewing does not tolerate discrimination based on race, color, gender identity and expression, religion, sex, ethnicity, age, disability, sexual orientation, or harassment in any form. 

We are committed to offering a work environment free of harassment and do not tolerate unwelcome verbal or sexual conduct, bullying, or derogatory remarks.

We adhere to local, federal, and state laws and safety policies for the safety of all guests.

We celebrate diversity and embrace the unique backgrounds and experiences of our staff, guests, contractors, vendors, and leadership.

At its core, DCB is a family-centered business. Our beer tenders, who are RBS certified, are trained to ensure that all guests meet the legal age drinking requirements and mitigate any alcohol-related situations so that all guests enjoy their visit and get home safely.

It’s important to our team that we understand and take accountability for these standards at all times. We expect our team members to model these behaviors and address or report behaviors they observe or are informed of that are not aligned with our Code of Conduct.

Drink Responsibly

Please enjoy responsibly and know your limits. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

Support a Positive Environment

Whether you’re here for a beer release, live music, karaoke night, private event, or community gathering, help us maintain an atmosphere that is fun, respectful, and welcoming to all guests.

Respect the Space

Please respect our staff, equipment, artwork, furniture, and facilities. Any intentional damage, theft, or unsafe conduct may result in removal from the premises.

Online Conduct

We expect respectful behavior across our digital platforms as well. Abusive language, harassment, spam, hate speech, or inappropriate content on our social channels, forms, or community spaces may result in removal or restricted access.

Enforcement

Del Cielo Brewing Co. reserves the right to refuse service, remove individuals from the premises or events, cancel memberships or reservations, and restrict access to our spaces for behavior that violates this Code of Conduct.
