BEERTENDER (part-time) - LVM
YOU WILL:
The Beertender is a key part of the Del Cielo guest experience. You’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming, fun, and memorable experience for every guest while sharing your passion for great beer and hospitality. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced taproom where teamwork is essential and no two shifts are exactly alike.

YOU WILL:
Create a welcoming guest experience by providing friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest.
Serve and educate guests on Del Cielo’s beverage offerings, including beer, wine, cider, and other available beverages.
Share your passion for beer in an approachable way that makes everyone—from craft beer enthusiasts to first-time guests—feel comfortable and welcome.
Work as part of the taproom team to keep daily operations running smoothly, including supporting areas outside of the bar when needed.
Provide support to the kitchen and overall taproom, including delivering and clearing food and assisting with other service needs.
Accurately operate the point-of-sale system, including opening tabs, processing payments, making change, and supporting opening and closing procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked taproom and bar, following Del Cielo’s service and operational standards.
Support Del Cielo events and community engagement, including beer festivals, special events, and other brewery activities as needed.
YOU ARE:
Beer industry experience is required
Passionate about craft beer!
Available to consistently work nights and weekends
Ability to lift and carry up to 55 lbs and push/pull up to a 100 with or without reasonable accommodation
Enthusiastic about creating memorable customer experiences
Genuinely enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment
Someone who works hard and knows how to have fun while doing it
Dependable and thrive in a team environment
Dedicated to your own growth and education
Currently hold or willing to obtain a Valid California Certified Food Handlers Card and RBS Certificate
Eligible to work in the United States and 21 years of age or older
