Delivery Driver
(Part-Time) - MTZ

ABOUT THE JOB:

The Part-Time Delivery Driver is an important face of Del Cielo in the market, responsible for getting our beer to wholesale accounts safely, accurately, and on time while providing a friendly and professional experience. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Production teams, build relationships with our accounts, and help ensure our beer is delivered and represented with care. This is a hands-on role with opportunities for additional hours supporting brewery production and operations.

YOU WILL:

• Deliver Del Cielo beer safely, accurately, and on time while providing a friendly and professional experience to every account.

• Build positive relationships with wholesale accounts by being helpful, approachable, and attentive to their needs.

• Communicate effectively with Sales and account contacts regarding deliveries, account needs, product issues, and other important information.

• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes, taking traffic, delivery schedules, and account receiving hours into consideration.

• Assist accounts when appropriate, including stocking shelves, moving product, organizing beer, or helping with other delivery-related needs.

• Represent Del Cielo and our beer knowledgeably, sharing enthusiasm for our products in an approachable and accessible way.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe delivery vehicle and communicate maintenance or operational concerns to management.

• Handle beer and brewery equipment responsibly, following company procedures for loading, unloading, and product transportation.

• Support the broader brewery team as needed, with opportunities for additional hours assisting Production with keg cleaning, canning, kegging, and cooler organization.

• Represent Del Cielo at accounts and in the community with professionalism and a commitment to our values.

Schedule: Part-time, with additional hours potentially available through Production and brewery operations.

YOU ARE: 

• Beer industry/warehouse/delivery experience is a PLUS

• Passionate about craft beer

• Self-motivated and able to manage time well

• Good at communicating and following written/verbal instructions

• Someone who works hard and knows how to have fun while doing it

• Dependable and thrive in a team environment

• This is a physically demanding job. You must be able to:

  • Handle kegs and cases of beer using a dolly

  • Maneuver 160 pounds (1/2 barrel kegs)

  • Be on your feet for long periods of time

  • Perform repetitive motions of pulling, pushing, lifting, etc.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years of age

• Have a clean driving record
